Referencing Section XVI in the Supplemental Rules:
Stage and Transit Notes: There will be a route book with tulip diagrams. No stage notes provided or allowed.
You may not use the formal “Stage Notes” produced for the Waste Management Susquehannock Trail Performance Rally (STPR), which uses the same roads.
HOWEVER, for this event, there is Recce for the competitors on Friday afternoon so teams may drive the course and write their own notes.
According to the 2017 Supplemental Rules, no studded tires are allowed on competition vehicles. See Section XIV, H:
Tires cannot be studded or have any metal insertions.
